Toilets

IMG Worlds provides restroom facilities in five different areas throughout the theme park, the Entrance Lobby, IMG Boulevard, Marvel Zone, Cartoon Network Zone and Lost Valley Zone. Each restroom block includes a family bathroom, which is equipped with baby changing facilities and designed to accommodate guests with disabilities. Additionally, the male and female restrooms each feature a dedicated disabled cubicle for visitors with mobility impairments.

Wheelchair

If you require a wheelchair during your visit to IMG Worlds, you can rent one for the day. Wheelchair rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be taken beyond the entry or exit turnstiles. To rent a wheelchair, you must provide a valid ID, which will be returned to you once the wheelchair is returned in the same condition it was leased in. It's important to note that any damages to the wheelchair during the rental period will be the responsibility of the guest.

Lockers

To ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable experience at IMG Worlds, the theme park offers storage lockers where you can store your belongings. Additionally, ride lockers are available at selected attractions, including Velociraptor, Predator and Spider-Man Doc Ock's Revenge. Please note that loose articles are not allowed on rides, so utilizing the storage lockers is highly recommended.

Accessibilities of IMG Worlds

Visitors with disabilities are eligible for two POD wristbands: one for the guest and one for their carer. However, carers need to purchase a full-price ticket and are not entitled to free entrance

Guests with disabilities can enjoy VIP fast-track access to all rides and attractions by presenting their Person of Disability (POD) ID card at the Guest Relations counter, where they will receive a POD wristband.
