• There is free entry for children under 1.0 m of height.
• Outside food is prohibited
• The famous attraction named Haunted Hotel doesn’t permit to enter children under 15 years of age
• People with disabilities need to bring a ‘Person with Disability’ card at the Guest Relations counter. They are then given the POD wristband(blue color) which will allow them to have access to VIP fast-track access to all IMG World rides and attractions.
• Guests with POD cards are also eligible for 50% off on their tickets.
• 2 POD wristbands are allowed for 1 person with disability( 1 POD + 1 caretaker)
• Wheelchair facilities are available on a first come first serve basis

The best time to visit IMG Worlds Of Adventure are weekdays. You will get the tickets relatively quicker than on weekends. If you still wish to visit during the weekends then try to get the fast track access ticket which will save you hours of juggling in long queues. Visit during the national holidays like UAE national day to get exclusive offers and discounts.

1.) Wheelchairs & Strollers : The entire amusement park is made with keeping in mind the specially abled people. You can access wheelchairs and strollers by paying very little amount.

2.) ATMs : Multiple ATMs are located at multiple locations like at the entrance, at the lobby and at the IMG Boulevard.

3.) First Aid : In case of an emergency or unwanted event you can look for first aid assistance in the Guest Relation counter at the Lost Valley, Dinosaurs Adventure zone.

4.) Lockers : You can find the locker at the park entrance. Certain rides like Velociraptor, Predator and Spider-man Doc Ock’s Revenge also provide the locker facility.

5.) Toilets: Toilets with disabled cubicles and baby changing facilities are available at every adventure zone and lobby at this amusement park.

There are 4 zones in IMG Worlds Of Adventure namely - Marvel, Lost Valley, Cartoon Network and IMG Boulevard. Every zone is based on their respective theme filled with entertainment.

To get to IMG World Adventure from the centre of Dubai, you have two options:

• By Car or Cab: It's simple and quick! If you go by car or cab, it will take around 25 minutes to cover the 23.4-kilometre distance to the theme park.
• By Metro: First, take the metro to Al Ghubaiba Metro Station, which is about 29.2 kilometres away from the theme park. From there, you can hop into a cab, and within 30 minutes, you'll reach IMG World Adventure.

The nearest metro station to IMG Worlds of Adventure is the "Rashidiya" station, providing convenient access for visitors to reach the park.
